I am a writer from Northern Ireland, the author of three novels published by Transworld (Black Swan). Big Jessie was a bestseller in my homeland. The Killer's Guide to Iceland topped the charts in the land of fire and ice. And my debut, London Irish, earned me the WHSmith ‘People’s Choice’ Award for New Talent. I am now writing for TV and film. By day, I’m a globally awarded writer and creative director in the advertising industry. It's a terrific training ground for screen writers as it demands that stories be told with real economy. And I've been fortunate to work with the best actors, directors and producers to bring my scripts to life.
